Admission

Attendees must be 21 or older.  


Friday: Free admission to all events

Saturday: $5.00 (cash only)

The OMNI RICHMOND HOTEL is the official hotel of the show. 


Location: 100 South 12th Street Richmond, VA 23220

The Omni Richmond Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Richmond and the restaurant/pub district.  


RESERVE EARLY! There are a limited number of rooms available.   

Parking and Transportation

Free dedicated shuttles will be THE transportation to and from the show for all attendees*! Shuttle Busses will travel between the Omni Richmond Hotel and Sutliff Tobacco Co. throughout Friday and Saturday.  


Attendees who do not stay at the OMNI can park in the public parking decks directly under and across the street from the hotel. If those are full, additional public parking decks are located near the hotel.   


*Saturday Exception: Exhibitors may park at Sutliff Tobacco Co. Only one vehicle is permitted per exhibitor.   


*Attendees with special needs, please contact us to arrange for parking.

Bring your pipes, tobacco, and smoking supplies to sell or trade.

 

Free 1/2 tables are available on a first-come/first-serve basis.


No need to carry your items around all day! A secure hat-check will be available.


Please store your items for sale or trade inside sealed boxes or bags. Label each box or bag clearly with your name and phone number. You will need your hat-check ticket to retrieve your items.

Exhibitor Table Registration Form

Exhibitor tables are available for rent all day on Saturday. The cost of rental is $125.00 per table. Rent 4 tables and get 1 free. Payment must be received no later than September 7, 2021. The cost rises to $150 per table after that date.
